Training We deliver in-house bespoke learning & development solutions, normally lasting from one day to two weeks. We
design most of our programmes ourselves, following a careful needs analysis
conducted in consultation with our clients. As
well as generic business skills and personal development interventions, we
can provide training in specialist areas following subject familiarisation
with the client organisation. Where
necessary, we will arrange the translation of training materials into the
target language as part of our service. Consultancy We
have helped clients with a range of services, from one-off advice to
projects lasting several months. These assignments have included:
organisational surveys; assistance with pre-acquisition due diligence;
business process improvement; manpower planning; and programme management. Coaching We
provide one-to-one coaching programmes for managers who wish to develop
specific aspects of approach, strategy or performance. Some
examples of assignments completed to date: ·
Management training and manpower planning for India’s largest
private airline. · Design of 'blended' e-learning/workshop financial management training programme for national police service. ·
International product launch and sales training for a range of motor
manufacturers, in the UK and continental Europe. ·
Design and delivery of one-day management and personal development courses for a
number of UK hospitals. ·
Design and implementation of a web-based social and cultural survey
for a major UK plc. ·
One-to-one coaching programmes for a number of senior management
personnel. ·
Design and delivery of credit control training for the French subsidiary of a
UK bank. ·
Preparation of a due diligence report prior to the acquisition of a
