Good day! Do you know if they make any plugins to protect against hackers? I'm kinda paranoid about losing everything I've worked hard on. Any suggestions?

This design is wicked! You certainly know how to keep a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost...HaHa!) Fantastic job. I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!

This tends to be the question that arouses more discussion than most in our workshops: what's the difference between a manager and a leader?

We can't say we have the only answer. However, we believe one fundamental difference: unlike managers, leaders can't be anointed by senior management, or depicted on an org chart. Instead, they need to gain their leader status from those who choose to follow them.

In essence, anyone who influences those around them is, for that moment in time, leading. This leader may be the manager. On the other hand, if people are simply complying with the hierarchical system by appearing to follow, only to change allegiance when the manager's back is turned, we would say the manager is not an effective leader.
