Our Risk-Pressure Matrix describes the relationship between risk and pressure using our Green–Grey–Amber–Red classification. It is used to help develop the team's awareness of the risks its actions (or lack of them) represent to the wider organisation, and how these risks escalate as the team responds to unfamiliar pressure.
